Full original description
Reproduction of a head of Oba, king of Ife, probably from the beginning of the century XX. In spite of being such a late work this small head shows extraordinary features, such as the low thickness of the walls, the magnificent expression of serenity, the fineness of its strokes as well as the slightly marked linear scarifications and the crown whose realization to lost wax implies a great difficulty.
