Full original description

Strange figure of an ancestor dedicated to family worship. The man appears seated, in a calm attitude as it corresponds to a protector. The arms are resting on the knees and hands, front, up. Hanging by the neck is a gri-gri, protective amulet. He's touched with a three-peak cap finished in pompoms. You saw the typical camisole prawn. The chin and mustache were covered in hair, which has been lost over time. It is very rare to find such a figure in the African statuary.
