Full original description
Original female terracotta bust. The hands accuse a deformity as if they were melted into another missing element of the figure.
Prospects made in the last decades of the century XX the university of Ghana have revealed the existence in the north of the country of important vestiges found in subpultures that seem to date from the centuries XIV a XVIIIInteresting figures and fragments of terracotta have appeared both zoomorphic and especially anthropomorphic. Most of the figures are human heads up to 25 centimetres, some Janus and some bigger body figures. The features are usually quite rough, like modeled with globular fingers and eyes. This female body has rare harmonic proportions in the Komaland vestiges.
