Full original description
It is a Blolo blah or wife of the hereafter, that is, the wife we have left in the other world when we come to this one. He may appear in sleep and be jealous of the wife of this world. For this reason, and on the advice of the diviner, and in order to live in peace of mind, it is ordered to carve a statue that reflects that spiritual wife. She is kept in the bridal room and receives offerings and food. The body of this figure is more elongated than the one that marks the ballet aesthetic canons. Figure acquired in Abidjan in the mid-1960s.
